How do I evolve eevee into an espeon?

Hi, i got an eevee from bill, which was right after the third gym. I've kept eevee since and i just defeated claire. I have given it multiple carbos', protiens, etc, given it haircuts, and battled with it. Plus, i've never but it in the pc. when i go to the lady in goldenrod, who tells me how much it loves me (above the bike shop) she says "i have the feeling it really trusts you." i gave it a rare candy and it didnt evolve. so my question, how does it evolve? Does it evolve at a certain level after reaching freindship? what does the lady say before it evolves?

I am not sure which game you are playing, but in the Fire Red Leaf book says through friendship. It says you must have the national index to make the evolution work, otherwise it will start to evolve and stop.
It says to put it in the first position, never let it faint, give it stat raising items, and groom it alot. Then it says it takes time. good luck.

Eevee evolves into Espeon if it is happy and if it's in the day. It should take a while to get it to evolve, walking around more and leveling it up should do it.

i dont think it evolves at a certain level .tips:dont deposite your eevee to the pc its happiness will lower, walk a lot like for 175 or so steps and his happiness will raise a little.

To make eevee evolve into espeon, give it protein and calcuim and raise it one level. If your eevee is a weak pokemon that's on level 1, then give it a exp. share and you will have an espeon in no time

Well I got an Eevee on the Chrystal version and I just kept raising and eventually it evolved, I'm sorry I don't remember which level, it was so long ago.

don't you have to influence the evolution? I think you have to give it a stone of the type you want to make it into.

get an eevee and raise the happiness make sure you only train it during the day it will evolve once its happy enough and leveling up
