Haro warrenty good or not?

this is a followup of my last questio my haro owners manual says there is a one year warenty on all parts and when i got my bike from the bike shop they said there is a one year warrenty on the parts and a lifetime warrenty on the frame so does that cover a broken spokes and a bent rim or no?
