Help me fix my bike!!!

Anyone, Pls HLP!! I fell of from my bike just now and now, my bike's handle is not aligned with my tires( it means if i want to go straight, i must turn my handle to the right)... So, how.. Pls don't tell me to just take it to the shop!!

loosen the stem align it to the tire so when you look from the top down you can only see the stem and it's covering part of the tire the simply torque it up to the recommended setting
simple repair all you need is an allen wrench and a good eye no need to take it to the shop

Stand in front of your bike straddling the front wheel and facing the rear of the bike.

While holding the front wheel straight with your legs, turn the handlebars until they are aligned.

I suggest that you make sure everything is tight on the bike before you ride again.
