I wanna put new components on my bike?

Ok I have a older k2 pro-flex 4500 mountian bike and i want to update the components none of them are the same on the bike. I bought it used. I need a front derailleur is broke.. I do like the quick fire. What would you recommend? I use it for riding all over and on trails. I just wanna replace everything. it needs new cable tubes and all. Im taking it to the shop this week I just dont want to get oversold. thanks

I understand that... it maybe cheaper.. but I really like THIS Bike

as the shop will probably tell you, it would be cheaper to buy a new bike.
