Do you ever do really rebellious things, like riding a bike without a helmet? Yes, I cross the street without waiting for the green man : ) It's a funny thing about helmets. I never speed, i always wear a eatbelt. im a very safety first fun second kind of guy. but helmets just mentally hurt me. its not about style, its about this bucket on my melon and gives me a false sense of security. im a hardcore rider as well, ill chop rush hour in philadelphia brakeless without thinking twice, but as soon as i put a helmet on, i find myself having more close calls. i seem to not be "in it" as much. until its a law, i wont wear one. but i dont think its rebellious, i think its liberating to not fall to conformity. in 1975, helmets were barely scratching their way out of the womb and people drove when they were too drunk to walk. ill take my chances in 2008, when cars are engineered to be easy on pedestrians ina collision, and people congest the roads so badly that im pass them my boyfriend and i applied for a job one time and we did nopt want anyone else to apply for it so we stole the "now hiring" sign out of their yard, took it back to our apartment , cut it up and through it away. yeah we still didn't get the job ooooh! good god no, i never do anything rebellious.... (oh, by the way, could you help me? what are those little yellow boxes on the side of the road that flash a couple of times every time i drive past in my neighbour's car?) Yes Father, you mad thing. Communion tomorrow might look like the Red Cross have arrived just to patch you up. Unless you don't care about you life then yes, actually almost 10% of peoples do such a thing without much care about the cons. yes well, just yesterday i read tow chapters of the rise and fall of moder socaility in cats with dimmed lights, so you try to beat that. No, riding a bike is crossing the line to be a rebel...... I used to ride a bike with out a helmet all the time. I was a young lad in Ireland and we never wore them a tall. ur such a nerd, who the F uck uses helmets. nd yeh i have i have W anked in my teachers tea, does that count?? yes ...i feel more and more soicety tells you what you can and can not do ...if they realy cared about are safety why do they sell ciggerets ...its just another way for them to make money giving out tickets I NEVER wear a helmet...waste of time. Oh yeah,I do,and I never cross the street on a zebra crossing...I like being really bad sometimes. That gives me extra the thrill I need :) That's not rebellious. It's dangerous and potentially fatal... ooh, yeah....and sometimes I even go outside without my shoes on! I do rebellious things like break yahoo and get suspensions :) I once assembled a flat pack unit without reading the instructions LOL all the time Indeed! Only today I went out without wearing any lip balm. Ya man, but don't tell no one. Like going off trail when the signs say not to, and venturing to the other side of the waterfall? Yep! yes and I run instead of walk around the pool and go swimming immediately after eating i drive my car with the sun roof open, Tom Jones on loud speaker and drive with no hands. Is that rebellious enough? oh yeah, thats REALLY rebellious. im shocked at u, i cant bring myself to do such a thing. Yeah, and I take corners on my bike without signalling too.... sometimes, I ride my motorcyle without a seatbelt.... I jay walk when noone is looking all the time... Yes all the time! OMG! how is that rebellious!! I never where a helmet!! I use my electric toothbrush when the batteries are dead. |
