I think i broke my ankle, have no insurance, wat to do?

so i took a hard crash on my bike yesterday and i think i broke my ankle. but i no longer have medical insurance so im not sure what to do.

note; i dont have alot of pain when im relaxing, just when i try to move it and stand

Go to the emergency room. The only way to know if it is broken is an xray. I sympathise as I have no insurance currently either. If its not broken, you can use ice to take the swelling down and perhaps a wrap later. I do just hyper extend my ankle occasionally (formerly called sprain).

Get off the computer and get to the Emergency Room. Under federal law,no hospital in this country can refuse you medical attention due to your ethnic,religous, political,or financial background. You can set up a payment plan for later. Right now you have to worry that none of those broken bones ruptures a blood vessel and causes serious internal bleeding.

Just tell them sytraight up, You won't pay a dime over what Medicare allows =to be charged for the services.
They still make a profit, just not one that puts the Microsoft's or Googles etc profits to shame.

You should go to the county hospital. They will see you and bill you later. You may even be eligable for their free clinics.
