The dealer / insurance companey will assest U in getting the insurance papers. Yes, if your bike is under warranty there is a law that protects you and as a result they should honor your warranty and re-issue you the paper work if you are US. The big companies have records and will do this if you registered, Otherwise go through your dealer and I hope your dealer is good.... and helps you just don't take any lip service and let them tell you any other way i need a little more information on these "insurance papers" are they your warranty registration for the unit or an actual insurance paper? Also what brand unit do you have? Im confused, what does the company selling you the bike have to do with the "insurance papers". There's always a 1-800 number you can call, they will fax a copy to you. Apply for duplicate. Why not just call up your Ins. Co. are have them to mail you a copy. Are just drive up to there office and get a copy. |
