Is B1 2003 ZX6-R to much power for first bike? |
im 19 i think insurance would kill me too, just not literally...lol anybody think this is death trap or na? The throttle goes both ways. The 03 is an excellent bike, but it will not let you away with too many mistakes. Not great at going slow in town. As long as you keep your brain in you'll be fine.I've owned an 03 and currently ride an 07 one,and never had any issues with either. Will it kill you? No. will you kill yourself? Possibly. It's not a bad first bike depending on your experience and mentality. If you've never touched a bike before and don't know how to drive a manual transmission car, then you may want to fall back. Ok if you like the bike and have the money for it go buy it! these bike are made to race, but most 95% of people who buy sportbikes do not race them. they are not dangerous as long as the driver doesnt do idiotic things. these sportbikes can be really fun! and for a first bike yes a zx6r is too powerful, unless u rode mortorcycles or dirtbikes a long period of time. if you haven't i reccomend a 250 like a ninja 250r i like bikes, but i'd rather stick to a car with boost. It also depends on what you want to use it for? Racing?cruising? ect... |
