I recently rode on the back of a friend's bike&grabbed her chest by accident.Should I have apologized?

So I am wondering. If she offers me another ride next time, is it a "green light" to jump her? Just curious.

I really needed a ride that day.

Could be a couple of reasons why she didn't mention it at the time, like maybe she thought it was accidental. However, if she offers you a ride again, this means she liked it and she'd like a repeat performance. If so, go for it. Cop the second feel and kiss her neck at the same time. Then you'll know.

Well as far as apologizing there is no need If she felt any kind of way she would have let you know and if you came apologizing she would have thought that you done it intentionally so i would just forget about it 9 times out of 10 you are making to big of a deal out of the situation.

As far as the green light thing i think you are pushing it if you get on the bike and grab her boob i think she might notice that you are trying to do it and then she will think you are immature or a perv that you cant just tell her you like her

No, it's not a green light. She probably blew it off as an accident. If it happens a second time she'll know it was intentional and you might not get a reaction you'd like.
