Is it possible to get thin for november?

i'm 14 stone 8 pounds and i'm hoping to lose 4 stone at the most before i go on holiday, i do alot of walking and alot of cycling, i dont eat alot though i do drink alot of liquids as i get thursty alot, as i'm walking and cycling what can i do on my daily days to help me lose weight over the past few months ive lost a stone but i want to look good for my holiday and not feel embarrist about taking off my t-shirt like if its to hot or if i want to go in the pool, im working alot during the week, my work is like 1 and ahalf away from my home, some times i ride there sometimes i ride it to town centre and lock it up and get the bus.

im going to try and boost up my will power and ride my bike to work and back but i need also like a daily food plan, i hardly eat during the day and i just eat a meal when i get home but i do drink alot of juice or water which i'll have to cut down on.

i heard if you dont eat you body fills the emply spaces with fat anyway so instead of that happening i need you help on a daily food place that will be alright for me and help me lose weight.

also anything else you can help me with, id really be greatful for your advice

also away of flattening out my chest where it looks like i have breasts which is one of the one thing that bothers me most of all

exercise

you can lose a lot of weight by november, you dont need to starve yourself just watch your fat and sugar intake , eat low fat lowish sugar and you could be semi thin by then ive done it good luck all it takes is a positive attitude and will power, if you get past the third day, it will be dead easy

you can lose alot of weight if you restrict your calorie and fat content and increase your exercise. Carry on drinking ater to help fill you up but don't over drink as that is dangerous.

it sounds like you try hard and u aint big at that wieght anyway dont go 2 mad with it take it slow
