U-lock installation problem.? |
I have an Ironhorse 3.6 warrior bike from joes and a Master lock u-lock (http://www.masterlockbike.com/product-de... and i need to know how to mount the U lock onto the bike. i know it sounds like a stupid question, but it came with a lot of nuts, bolts, and some other hinge type thing. and no instructions. thanks. Maybe this will help: I can't find a close up of the masterlock hardware. If it is similar to the Kryptonite system then what you need to do is locate the bracket like on the top of the link below. The large end will go around the set tube. (The Kryptonite tightens with a small wrench, but it sound like yours probably attached at this point with some bolts. After you attach the bracket to the seat tube it appears that the lock itself should slip into to other end of the bracket. |
