Will there be a law against talking on a phone while riding a bike ? |
Referring to pedal bikes not motorcycles. although that may happen as well. I once saw a person with an umbrella and a cb on a bike. I don`t know how it worked thou. If there's a law on drinking while on a bike (which total BS) then there is a law about talkin on a cell phone while on a bike Any moving object, pedal bikes, cars, trucks, motor cycles, Depends on the state and cell phone laws. In general, on a bicycle you are considered a vehicle and subject to all the laws as such. Take note if you ride your bike drunk. Why would there be? Depends on your jurisdiction. They've outlawed everything else, so it wouldn't surprise me a bit. texting maybe. |
