Would bright yellow pedals look good on my dark blue bike?

Would bright yellow pedals look good on my dark blue bike?

Yellow and blue are direct opposites on the colour spectrum - or "complementary" colours. Some people find that appealing - it is up to you.

I have bright yellow pedals on my gunmetal-coloured (i.e. dark grey) bike. This has two advantages:
1) it looks cool
2) it makes your feet more visible to motorists, which seems to stop them cutting you up quite so often.
I would really go with it. I had the same yellow pedals on my dark blue bike until recently and they also looked cool then. It also works with yellow cycling jerseys. If you really want to go with the whole yellow theme, you could wrap yellow insulation tape around your bar-ends to make them yellow stripes - this also makes you much more visible to motorists.

you can always mix dark colors with bright ones!

you cant maych colors in text ... if you can attach a pic of your bike .. then it will be better and easier to say

Yes. It's cool. Some higher end bike builders use the color scheme. Looks fast.

doesn't sound appealing lol

I'd say not, white or black would be best.
