The last few questions have been a vain attempt to trigger some thought on how powers are divided and where the greater powers lie at the national level.

Mostly everyone seems to know Congress has more power but the actions of most, here, indicate otherwise.

Simply put, if voters became united in their resolve to eliminate all but the most dutiful members of both houses of the Congress and focus less on the "prize" ticket of president, within 4 years, this nation would have nothing to worry about concerning the president as s/he would know better than to mess with OUR legislators.
