Repairs to a harley in an slight fender bender?

i was wondering if u r in a car/motorcycle accident where u bump the back of a harley and the fender bends up into the tire and breaks partially wat would it cost to fix cause the owner is trying to say that it will cost over 25 thousand to fix is that a correct estiment for the repairs to the bike ????

whats he want a new bike.the bike probably didnt sell for that new.tell him to get real or go away.if he wants it repaired you want an estimate in writing from a harley dealer.not his freind that tinkers with bikes.or some shade tree mechanic.better yet tell him you want an estimate from an insurance adjuster.
