Cost estimate for bike repairs?

I recently got my bike stolen so I figured that instead of buying a new bike i'd like to get my old bike fixed up. Three things wrong with it, The rear derailleur front and rear brake systems are gone (wiring gone 2). I also paid 200$ for it a few years back so I want to know if the price to fix it is worth it or should I just buy a new bike?

brakes pads $14 for 4
tire$15-20 each
full brakes system way cost up to $50
IS TURE!!!!!!

buy a new bike, wiring and new parts gets nasty expensive especially if you are going to take it to a bike shop to get it repaired
