Having trouble finding the name of a bike part.

I'm trying to repair an old bike, and it's missing some parts, and I'm going crazy trying to figure out what they are called so I can go online and order some. It's a washer-like thing that goes on the tire bolts that has a little hook to attach the tire to the frame so it doesn't fall off. What the hell are those things? Thanks!
