I need to Lose 75lbs in 8 months? |
Yes you heard right. I have a son and the weight wont come off. My husband has a tour in Iraq and wont be back until Feb. or March and I want to surprise him by losing the wieght. But I dont know where to start. I will be staying witht he Inlaws and they have a tredmil, bikes and stair stepper and they live around hiking trails. I need a plan so that i can stick to it. Let me just tell you nothing i have tried works i think that is because i am so very far away from family and friends and its stressful raising a child and caring for my husband and doing nothing for myself. Now is the time for me to do what i have to so if you have been in the same boat or whatever please help me reach my goal. Oh did i forget to mention my husband and i have a bet going. he thinks i wont do it and i know i will if i win i get $4000. For new clothes. So please i need your help. And just so you know i was going to do this before i found out about the cash. The money is just motivation. Money shouldn't;t be the only motivation/Think of how Great you would look once you shed those pound off. First off Diet is the main thing eat healthy and right. You all ready had your time to eat all the food you wanted while you were pregnant. Remember that when you exercise it doesn;t stop when you begin to feel the burn that's when the workout truly begins you have to push your self further then what your body can take. If people can lose 20 pounds in 1 month then it should only take you about 4 months to really lose 75 pounds . I know it's hard and at times you might just want to give up but stay dedicated. Eat healthy things like. Grilled Chiken. Lean meats. anything you eat would be better grilled rather then fried. Fresh begetables. Fruits. Lotts and lots of water before a workout alos maybe a bannana. STAY AWAY FROM SODA you would be suprised how much weight you can lose not drinking soda , it might taste good but it will make you feel lousy and fat. Do not eat any junk food.Fast food. Sweets. such as cake.cookies.Etc. I know you can do it. GOOD LUCK You need to lose 2.3lbs each week to lose 75lbs in 8 months - so that is doable, it's just going to mean you can't cheat on your diet at all. Try Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig and workout everyday. Good luck. If you can get yourself to stick to eating healthy and excercising, then you shouldn't have any problems first make a plan runon a tredmill for twenty minutes, crunches will work, healthy food, hike for an hour or more a day and step for 30 minuted a day it seems like a ot but it can work omg good luck Wow good luck! I lost 40 pounds in two weeks. But I was in Basic Training in the Army. I also became dangerously anemic and at one point couldn't move my legs. I also hallucinated. I don't recommend that at all! How I lost weight: ? maybe the reason you cant do it is because your own husband doesnt believe in you...a bet?????? and hes going against you..thats rude as hell...just exercise alot and eat as healthy as you can ...i cant imagine why the weight wouldnt melt right off....just eat tons of veggies and chicken and fish...fruit ...yogurt ...cereal...eggs....if i were you i would eat like 1600 calories a day keep a journal so you know your not going over...and when you reach your goal..your not going to be able to go back to eating however you want...you kinda have to totally change your life...or it wont work...you can still have things you love SOMETIMES...but way less then you probably do now...good luck i know you can do it! have fun spending your 4000 dollars... what I'm about to tell you is not your solution just something to jump start your weight loss go to your obgyn or weight loss center and get PHENTERMINE works great i have been on it twice in six years both times I lost 25 pounds in 3 months,while you are on it stick with a 1500 calorie diet drink lots of water it helps to flush out the fat and since you will be on the pills you will have tons of energy so put it to good use and work out,you must stay determined good luck First thing - check your basal metabolic rate.
