CALLING MAC USERS!! iweb... plz help?

i am currently saving up for the new macbook and have been studying up on its features.. but there's one thing i dont get....
my mum is setting up a gites (self catering apartments) and bike tours business in france ( http://www.gitesnbikes.com/ ) and has such made a website to promote it. unfortunately it is a pretty basic one as she used the part of freewebs which u pay for. i said that when i got my mac i would make a professional looking one but i dont know how i would actually publish it to the web... please be specific as although i read loads about macs - i havnt properly used one. first DECENT answer gets 10 points since u read all of this!!!!

well when you get a macbook or any type of mac computer, they all come with a website creator application. This application is called iWeb. iWeb is very easy to start using after a few minutes. I suggest that you should first get a .MAC account. (Because you will need the .MAC account to publish the website). Once you've created your website, just move your mouse to the bottom of the application's screen where you find a button that's called "publish". Click that button and then enter your .MAC account information. Once you do that it'll publish your website on the internet.

That's it. There's nothing to it. I didn't have to read a manual. I just looked at the application:)
