Who makes the cp-200-ly mini chopper? |
it has a few different names like dragon,reeper,scorpion, etc but its a chopped out mini bike with 200cc engine . hey man yeah i know what your talking about i just bought one and they are street legal in all 50 states they came from china but now americans are making them too.
