What should i do to make my regular bike into a cruiser bike?

Cruiser bikes are not meant for the city. They are meant for slow cruising by the beach. But if that's what you want...

Cruiser bikes have large tires. They have longer frames. They have long crankarms which are only suitable for slow riding. They have long handlebars curved towards the rider - which makes turning quickly a complicated endeavour.

I personally think Cruiser bikes are only good for one purpose: getting a person interested in biking after not have been on a bike for a long time. It's less scary to some people. But quickly, they want to move on to a better bike.
