What was your first bike? What do you currently ride? |
If you have had more than one class of bike (dirt, standard, cruiser, sport or whatever else you may have had) please list them as well if you like. First : 1987 Yamaha YSR 50 1970 something Kawasaki something (350??). Bought for restoration and almost went broke. That was in 1991. First real bike, not a mini bike was a 1967 Yamaha YR1 350. Near the end of 1968 I bought my first bike first. CB175 Honda. 55 Cushman Highlander 1978 Honda XL350 (dualsport) 650 V-star classic first street bike. Yamaha DT 250,then a Yamaha YZ250 in the dirt. First Street bike, 1976 Suzuki T500 2 Stroke. Second Street bike 1979 Suzuki GS1000E, Third, 1980 Suzuki GS850G and Current 1991 Suzuki GSX1100G. First dirtbike was a '70 something honda 50 trail bike, First streetbike was a '74 Yamaha RD350. I currently ride a '03 Kawasaki Z1000, '87 Yamaha TZR250, '05 Kawasaki ninja 250 First bike - 1997 ZX-6 First: 1974 Honda CL360. first=1968 sporty,still have. 1st: '68 Triumph TR6 650 First Bike: 1972 Honda SL70 |

On your budget you could probably get an older Honda Goldwing or a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500. Also a Yamaha Venture would be a good choice. All of these bikes could handle your needs.
