What is a good chain store to buy a Beach "Cruiser" style Bike? ?

I hoping to find an affordable - ( $100-$200) regular old fashioned Beach cruiser with Foot Breaks.

My Dog loves to run beside me on ride's, but It isn't really safe when I have hand brakes since I hold him on a leash as well while we travel along.

Good old Kmart also sells cruisers. I've put a link to a "women's style" retro Schwinn cruiser below for $150.00. This one has fenders and a rack, which you might like.
