Where can I find a cheap dirt bike in Virginia?

I'm thirteen and I'm as tall as my mom who is 5'8" and I weigh around 110. I don't need anything that is new or super fast. I just want a motorcycle that is good quality, durable, and around 125cc.

off and would need replacement just to push it. Its been there eight years.
