What kind of dirt bike would be good for a begninner? |
I am 23 yrs. old, 5'7....108lbs....I am thinking about a KLX 140...mainly because of the electric start...I have only rode quads--Raptor 350, never rode a dirt bike......any suggestions would help! Great choice. You could also look at the TT-R125/230 and CRF150/230, but if you like the Kawasaki just go with it. The Yamaha TTR 125L is a great bike to learn on, the 230 may be a little heavy for you, the Honda CRF150F is also a great bike (not the Honda CRF150R) Any bike of that size made by Yam, Hon, Kaw, Suz, will be just fine. Just keep an eye on the weight. Try maybe something like a Suzuki DRZ125L or something close to that. your right on target , ride what your most comfortable on ~ That's a good choice. Think about going to a dirt bike riding class. any kind of 105. |
