Ugh.... I need motivation.?

LOL look how common the word "ugh" is on the questions... =P

Anyway, I've always had a quick metabolism, and I used to bike all the time as transportation, so that helped, plus I was always broke and had no money for food, so I never really had any weight issues. Now, I have a car, and I'm still pretty broke, but I eat when I'm hungry. The lack of exercise seems to really be getting to me... well, it's partially just me being overly attentive. I'm really only ten pounds heavier than I used to be, and not overweight at all, but still, major muscle atrophy going on, and it's the most uncomfortable thing to sit down and feel my stomach folding over itself. Blech. But I'm super lazy. How quick do you think a regular exercise regimen would work for me? I'd just like to tighten and maybe lighten a little bit, not a whole lot to do. But I need sort of a jumpstart or something... I'm seriously unmotivated. Ideas? Encouragement? I'm fishing here, I know...

Well, that's probably part of it - I give blood frequently, and it is occasionally too low iron to donate, but I just did the eyelid check, it's a healthy-looking pink with red streaks from where each of my eyelashes are (how it's always been). I guess I could try an iron supplement, but all that fancy-shmancy smoothie stuffs are pretty expensive for me. Plus I really am just plain lazy.

Sounds like you need some energy...Iron deficency test: Go to the mirror and pull your lower eyelid and see if the color is red or flesh color. If its flesh colored you are lacking enough iron and should take a herbal iron like Floradix. It will take a month to see a difference. Iron carrys oxygen in your blood and if you dont have it you will feel tired, cold hands and feet, headaches, RLS, dull brittle hair, brittle nails, poor sleep, pale skin (see thru), shortness of breath, fatigue, poor concentration, low mood, ringing in the ears, cracks in the corner of the mouth, dizziness, fainting, sore tongue and canker sores oh and pale mucous membranes in lower eyelid.

A good energy smoothie that I use for muscle building and so I never feel sore after working out.
I use only frozen fruit because of where I live.
16-18 oz glass
5 cubes of pineapple
3 slices of peaches
5 strawberries
fill the rest with blueberries
microwave for 40 seconds then add 4 tsp of ground chia seeds, 2 tbs of black strap molasses,
tbs of wheat germ, 1tsp of spirullina, 25 grms of ISOPURE orange protien powder and then i just cover the berries with hemp milk or almond. 1 gram of Acia berry powder.

Then I blend with hand mixer til mixed.

I also watch You Are What You Eat on the BBC USA chanel in the morning or afternoon. Absolute MOTIVATION!
