Do people driving mobility scooters have to use the road or can they use the sidewalk? |
Also, do they have to wear helmets like motorcycles if the state where they are riding requires motorcyclist to? Mobility scooters do not meet federal safety standards for road use, so helmets and other rules of the road would not apply. Yup, yup. |
