Hard to tell without knowing what bike/engine you have and how heavy you weigh.
I've got 200cc pitty and I've had it above 100km/hr (60 miles/hr) but on dirt roads you have to be pretty good at those speeds. My mates got a 125, and that goes to 80km/hr (50 miles/hr) no worries.
I weigh 60kg (130lbs) and my mate weighs 80kg (175lbs).

Pit bike are great fun and will give you heaps of experience for future riding whether it be motocross, trails or just having fun in the sun, just don't ride them on the roads as it's giving all of us a bad name.
