My pocket bike has an electric start,but when i try to start it it just makes a clicking sound.why? I am a re-builder of motorcycle electrics like starter and stators .. for over 20 years .. check the batter voltage .. needs to be 12.4 volts +/- a 10th or 2 , the check the voltage at the starter when you press the starter button. if your getting the voltage 12+ volts at the starter then you have a bad starter . if your not it is most likely a bad starter solenoid.. tim@tpe-usa.com yes it is always best to trickle or charge the battery with a low amp charger before ..using .. Report Abuse Your battery is dead. Those clicking sounds are its death rattle. Have you kept its water levels between the high and low marks on the side? Lack of amps (power) to the starter, |

It goes close to 30 stock. If you tweak it some you can bring it up to about 45 but it's hard on the motor. You can buy upgraded engine parts to make it go up to 75 but I wouldn't want to... I think it all depends on whether you use an ankle sock or a knee length sock. I heard that using a woman's thigh length knitted sock is best, but make sure it's one of the multi coloured... Fill the gas tank with sand. That'll muffle the sound permanently. ...i would say a penny saver thats if where you live has one. other than looking online i dont think you could get one for that price, i doubt a bike dealership could help you either but you never kno... the factor info said 70mph I don't think it will do over 65 but where you going to ride some thing that small anyway where you need to go that fast and if you did you only going to go about 30... The choke is located on the carburetor and is for starting the bike when the engine is cold. As mentioned above it may have a cable running to the handlebars to operate the choke. ...The website may be reliable but the bike won't be.
