What was the name of your first bike? |
schwinn I named my 1st bike Jenny. Mine was a yellow "Master sports" I bought it in 1972. Master Sports was a subsidiary of Motor Spares (MS geddit), who at the time provide all of the Ford parts in Australia. It had a three gears Sturmey archer hub and I still have it under the house - although it got trashed in a carpark once. It was stolen and recoverd twice. 27inch wheels. i think i had possibly the most expensive and highest quality not screwing around... Yep, mine was a Schwinn Bantam w/removeable top tube so it could be passed down to my sister when I outgrew it...golden in color. specialized kent was a good first bike but cheap it was a huffy. |
