Are the new Schwinn Stingray bikes ease to ride? |
The bike trails I ride on are hilly in spots. Is it the new Stingray easy to peddle? Easy on the knees? I like coaster brakes better than hand brakes so I am hoping the Stingray will be a bike I can enjoy. I am 5' 2" around 100 pounds. when u get used 2 how low the seat is then yes it is |

Eric, No reason to sell or trash the bike just because of a pedal issue. The pedals are measured by the bolt diameter, just as another person said. There are two common sizes: 1/2 inch and 9/16t... To get a Schwinn brand saddle and seat post you need to go to a bike shop that sells Schwinns. But you can buy any saddle and post you like. You simply need to get the correct seat post size for yo... First of all the schwinn is a aluminum fram and the norco is hi-ten steel which dosnt make much diffrence other than the norco is a little lighter and the price, thats pretty much all thats diffren... I think Giant could offer something in the same price range.
