How to test a scooter voltage regulator/ rectifier? |
My scooter's battery is not charging even thou I use it for more than an hour continuously. I fully charge the battery every time I use my scooter.But it(battery) discharges along the way, especially when the headlight is ON. My battery is almost new, 3 months old and good condition. start bike face a wall turn lights on rev bike you should see lights get brighter then dim off as you let throttle off if it does not get brighter check wires from reg rec to see if all wires are in OK if they are reg / rec is duff Sounds like it grounding somewhere. Check your wiring. |
