Electric scooter power fades....? |
I have a 48volt scooter, I have just replaced the batter charger and the controller. the batteries show they are putting out 48volts. But when i charge it and then turn it on, the power immediately goes out, it doesn't even move at when trying to turn the throttle. The lights thats show power output and battery strength fade out right after it turn the power on. During the charging process, its shows its taking the charge. So it seems like it might be charging, but getting the power from the batteries to get it moving, thats where something seems to be wrong. It sounds like the battery is sulfated, it is the battery that needs to be replaced |
