Car accident, hit scooter chineese delivery guy scared help?

i got into an accident with a motorcyclist, i was driving my car in a two lane street one righ side one left side as i stop to pull in the station i saw a car coming so i let it go and then after i was pulling in, i think the ccop wrote it on the report as doing a uturn what if she did im screw*.... The motorcyclist hit me in the back panel of the drivers side after the doors bu im guesing it was my fault cuz i puled in he poped outa no were.. The EMT said he prob has nothing broken and they didnt rush him to the hospital he was there for like 30 min... What if he doesent have a motorcycle licens am i safe from being sued? can he sue me if its nothing very serious, i have full coverage with geico up to how much do they cover i wasent being irresponsible i was watching and i was nervous after the crash so i didnt know wat to do or say the cops were being nasty. my dad is the policy holder but im on the insurance as a driver,

if i dont get contacted by the guy for insurance or being sued, after how long do i have til im clear and he cant do anything??

insurance should take care of everything. dont worry about it. i got into an accident with a chinese person once. they are very good calm people i dont think he would sue before warning you.

As stated above let the insurance handle it and once they have settled and signed the check, then you can stop worrying.
