How do I repair my scooter? |
Had a little accident and now the steering column is just locked, and the handlebars won't move at all. All the repair shops are closed for the weekend. How can I get the handlebars moving again? Maddog - it's a Daelim Scooter NS125. The crash was just head first into a ditch, then it rolled over. Now the steering column won't move at all, even the front wheel won't turn. Find a really big bloke to break the steering lock for you if that doesn't work pull the ignition key block off and try to get at it that way. need more details, what kind of accident ? Honestly, I wouldn't ride it until you had a mechanic look at it. Forks might be bent. |
