Low CC Sport Bike.... What are my choices? |
I have very little riding experience and have been looking for a low CC sport bike. I found and low the ninja 250. As we all know there are hard to get right now. So what else is out there? I found many makes and models but I don't think they are avaliable in the U.S. PLEASE HELP!!! Honda CBR125, I think. Also Hyosung makes the GTR 250. If you don't mind an old bike, there is much more to choose from. In the 70's everyone made small displacement sporty bikes. People that own the Hyosung seem to be very happy with it. I cannot speak from experience though. Any 2 cylinder bike in the 650cc and under range would be fine for a beginner. Ninja 500, Suzuki GS500, Buell Blast 500 (actually a single instead of a twin), or my personal favorite the Suzuki SV650. The Hyosung is a very good choice, Ninja 250's can not run away from it given all things equal and it is cheaper very well made. |
