Eliptical or Stationary BIke? |
I like to stay in shape so I use the eliptical machine because I feel I get more of a work out. I recently just got a stationary bike. My question is, on which machine will I get a better workout on? Even though it appears I burn more calories on the Stationary bike, I feel more like I have done a good workout when I am on the eliptical. Which one would give me a better workout? I do switch it up, I don't want to just concentrate on doing one, but when I feel sot of lazy I like to do the stationary bike. I just want to know if perhaps I'm waisting my time with the bike. do what your body feels is best. If you want a work out, then it sounds like you should do the eliptical. If you want to do some serious,calorie-burning cardio then do the stationary bike. (or maybe go on an adventure with a mobile bike and get some fresh air! : D). Try switching it up and do both. That way you don't get bored. just do 30 mins on each =] |
