Riding a street bike?

im 17 and was thinking of getting a street bike so i dont need my mom to take me to school and back and i was thinking of getting a yamaha r1 or a some type of harley. And was wondering how hard is it to ride on the street turning is what im kinda worried about falling over. Iv been riding dirtbikes for a year now so i pretty much got the shifting and riding part ok just turning is diffrent on the street then the dirt im sure

You need to do some research. An R1 and ANY kind of Harley are as different as Daylight and Dark. Your First Priority needs to be taking a MSF Riding course to learn the basics.

It wont happen on many grounds.

Reality say you will never get one.
Cost is so out of touch with your market.
Insurance. No one will touch you.
Law wot let you.
Death will arrive sooner than expected if you did get an R1.
Theft, it is only a matter time before some big bully says, give me a ride. What will you say as he rides away never to be seen again.

Yet it sure is nice to dream.,
