Best places to find a rebuildable street bike? |
im looking for a rebuildable streetbike in the 600cc range. between me and my dad we could probibly fix anything..ive heard of people buying them from insurance companies can i do this...or should i just look in junk yards? I would suggest craigslist or cycletrader with a warning to make sure you can see the bike and title before purchasing. Lot's of scams out there on craigslist, but also some good deals to be had. I have only had a couple of expirences in bone yards, it's hit and miss. Check your local yellowpages for salvage yards and make a couple of calls. www.crashedtoys.com |
