Is it legal to ride a 50cc dirt bike on the side of a public street? |
can i ride my 50 on public streets if i am next to the curb? No it is not. It has to be licensed have insurance and all of the proper check your state laws, it will tell you if you can or cant ride on the streets, which streets (no parkways) and if you can, that you have to obey regular laws If it is licensed and insured, yes, the keywords being "on public streets". not unless the bike is equipped w/head light, turn signals and current tag. |
